Single Filipina

If you are a foreign men or women who is interested of having a Filipino partner in life you should be aware of the characteristics of Filipinos for you to be compatible with us. It is necessary so that you will not be surprise if the two of you will be living together. Being open and honest to each other will help the relationship grow stronger and healthier.

We Filipinos are hospitable and generous in nature. We really accommodate and entertain our visitors to the fullest as much as we could. We give food, accommodation and we facilitate their needs as long as we had it, and as long as they like it.

We are very loyal, faithful and devoted to our family, friends and love ones. When we go out for occasions, dates, and activities we always ask permission. We also help our friends in times when they need us the most even if it hurts us too. We really value and treasure friendship. And of course very much faithful and loyal to the one we love. We love deeply and we are willing to sacrifice for the sake of our love. We are willing to fight for it even if the whole world against it.

We are brave and strong. We Filipinos are thought to be independent, to be strong and to fight for what we believe is right. We are courageous to face different challenge in life and sometimes can be mistaken for being hard headed because of having a strong personality. Dignity is important to us.

We are respectful and religious. We always respect elders, mentors and friends. And most of all in everything we do we always put God in the center of our life. We had a strong faith for Him and we believe in Him.

But of course we are just human and we are not perfect we had good deeds but we can’t deny that we had bad side also. But I think we should not ashamed of it for I know anyone of us has its own positive and negative traits, and we should respect it.

Some of us Filipinos are known for having a crab mentality. Which means if I can’t have it nor you can, some Filipinos sometimes jealous for the achievements of others that’s why they tend to pull down the people who is on top of them.

Another we are fond of talking and laughing so loud. We keep on shouting even if the one we communicate is near us, we forgot it sometimes especially if we are enjoy and happy we forgot that other people might irritate or annoyed us.

Another fact sometimes we are so eager to obey the wishes and orders of others which lead to the downfall of our self or the rest of the family. We might not notice that we become the instrument for the success of other’s bad intentions due for being submissive.

And most of all, and I myself agree to it because I’ve done it also, but I overcome it now which is minding other people’s business. We sometime getting attach to the problem of other people while we can’t solve our own problem. We sometimes keep on criticizing others mistakes while we can’t help our own mistake.

But I believe nothing is impossible and everything change. One’s behavior can be change if we are willing and dedicated to change especially if it’s for the better. But if you really love the person never doubts his/her love for you, if you found some imperfections let it be, if you survived the pain the happiness is satisfying. Never find the perfect love because love without pain is impossible.
